AI appointment booking
A voice agent that books appointments for you
Narvin answers the phone, checks your real availability, books the slot and confirms it — then calls customers ahead of time to cut no-shows. It works for clinics, salons, consultancies, trades and anyone who runs on a diary.

Caller: Hi, I need to move my appointment on Tuesday.
AI booking assistant: No problem. I can see you’re booked for Tuesday at 9am. I have 2:30pm on Tuesday or 4pm on Wednesday — which works better?
Caller: Wednesday at 4 is perfect.
AI booking assistant: Done. You’re now booked for Wednesday at 4pm, and I’ve emailed you a confirmation.

The problem
Why booking by phone still matters
- 01
Many customers still prefer to call, especially for health, legal and home services.
- 02
Rescheduling calls take staff time and often happen at the busiest moments.
- 03
No-shows cost revenue that a simple reminder would have saved.

Common questions
Straight answers. If yours is not here, email us and a person will reply.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar is supported out of the box. Other booking systems can be connected through webhooks or a custom API tool the agent calls during the conversation.
How does it avoid double-booking?
The agent checks live availability in your calendar before offering a slot and writes the booking straight back, so the next caller sees the updated diary.
