    Sign up and pick a UK or US number. It is the number your missed calls will go to.

    Tell Ai2 about you

    Your name, what you do, when you are usually free and what callers should know. Choose a voice, or use one that sounds like you.

    Forward missed calls

    In your phone’s settings, forward calls you don’t answer to your Ai2 number. It takes about a minute.

    Callers get a helpful answer, a message or a booked call back. You get a short email after every call.

Open your phone’s keypad, type the code with your Ai2 number, and press call. That’s it.

These are the standard codes used by most mobile networks, including in the UK. Some networks, especially in the US, use their own codes, so Ai2 will show you the right steps for yours. Your network may charge for forwarded calls, so check your plan.

FAQ

Questions about Ai2

Do I need a new phone or a new SIM?

No. You keep your phone, your SIM and your number. You only change one setting so that calls you don’t answer go to your Ai2 number instead of voicemail.

Will it work with my phone network?

Almost certainly. Most mobile and landline providers let you forward unanswered calls to another number. The codes on this page are the standard ones used by most mobile networks, including in the UK. Some networks, especially in the US, use their own codes, so Ai2 will show you the right steps for yours.

Does forwarding cost extra?

Your phone network decides this. Many UK plans include forwarding to a UK number in your allowance, but check your plan. Ai2’s own pricing will be published before launch.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Ai2 introduces itself as your AI assistant at the start of every call. Being open builds trust, and it is the right thing to do.

How does “sounds like you” work, and is it safe?

You record a short sample of your own voice and give permission for a voice model to be made from it. Ai2 then speaks in that voice, while still saying it is an AI. You can switch to a standard voice or delete your voice model at any time. We will never make a voice model from anyone else’s recording.

How do I turn it off?

Pause Ai2 in your account, or dial ##002# on most mobile networks to cancel all call forwarding. Your calls go straight back to normal.

When can I use Ai2?

Ai2 is in development. Join the early access list and we will invite you as soon as it is ready to try.
